Bankui įkeičiamą būstą turi įvertinti nepriklausomi turto vertintojai.
Turto vertinimo ataskaitą turto vertintojai paprastai parengia per 1–5 dienas.
Tam tikrais atvejais būsto įvertinimas nėra reikalaujamas. Tokios išimtys priklauso nuo būsto kredito dydžio, perkamo būsto amžiaus, įsigijimo kainos ir kitų sąlygų, kurias išsamiau Jums paaiškins Jūsų asmeninis kredito vadybininkas.
